After breakfast at Bashay Rift Lodge, a short 20-minute drive will take you to the entrance of the Ngorongoro Crater.

This caldera 20km in diameter and with ramparts reaching 600m high is the refuge of an exceptionally rich fauna and flora.
In particular, you can observe the big five: buffaloes, elephants, leopards, lions and rhinos.
